I provide a small selection of quality 5 and 6 bed properties, which are decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard.
All properties have gas central heating, alarm systems, new washing machines, microwaves, double beds, matching Ikea furniture and broadband internet connections to EVERY bedroom.
Some have tumble driers, dishwashers, garages, dining rooms and secure off street parking.
I manage the properties all personally and have a back up of selected tradesmen that undertake essential repairs and maintenance very quickly.
A good relationship is developed with all tenants.
All properties comply with the University Accreditation Scheme and have current gas and electrical safety certificates.
All properties are licenced as a H.M.O with the city council.
Group lettings are from the 1st July each academic year for a twelve month contract period on an assured shorthold tenancy.
A refundable security deposit generally of £150 - £200 is payable.
